Sales Development Director

A company is looking for a Director of Sales Development, IIS.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and enhance a team of leaders and individual contributors to foster a collaborative environment

Develop new processes and resources to ensure team scalability and growth

Provide feedback and best practices to improve the sales development process

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in cybersecurity, technology, or SaaS

Experience in building, coaching, and mentoring high-performing teams

Familiarity with the VAR / reseller community

Knowledge of cybersecurity solutions, particularly endpoint security

Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and think critically
