Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This opportunity is for a skilled professional in behavior analysis to support K-12 students in a school setting located in Kansas City, MO. The contract runs from mid-December 2025 through late May 2026, requiring on-site presence and approximately 35 hours per week.

Key responsibilities include :

• Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Modeling intervention strategies for teachers, paraprofessionals, and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Providing training on various evidence-based behavioral interventions
• Supervising RBTs and collaborating closely with education professionals and district personnel
• Observing and evaluating student behavior as well as classroom environments, offering recommendations for adjustments
• Coordinating program components, support needs, and materials to ensure effective service delivery
• Collecting and analyzing behavioral data to measure intervention effectiveness and inform adjustments
• Researching current evidence-based practices related to behavior and educational programming
• Preparing detailed reports, training materials, and maintaining electronic documentation aligned with established guidelines
