About You :

  • Experienced Professional : You have 4+ years of experience in public accounting, specializing in tax.
  • Certified CPA : You hold a valid CPA certification, showcasing your expertise and dedication.
  • Tech-Savvy : You are proficient in using tax software, particularly CCH Access, to streamline processes.
  • Leadership Skills : You possess excellent leadership qualities and can effectively manage engagements and supervise staff.

    • What You'll Do :

  • Lead Engagements : Supervise and train personnel assigned to engagements, ensuring compliance with due dates and time budgets.
  • Motivate and Mentor : Inspire and assist staff in their professional development, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Drive Success : Take full responsibility for large tax engagements, including complex tax research and return preparation, contributing significantly to our clients' financial success.
  • Communicate Effectively : Relay Firm policies and technical information to tax personnel, ensuring a cohesive and informed team.
