Seeking an Orthopedic Foot and Ankle Surgeon to join a growing private practice in coastal Virginia. This is an ideal role for a Physician looking to build your elective practice while your colleagues support their preferred cases. Multi-Specialty Group Employee w / Partnership .  WRVU production incentives.  Loan Forgiveness available.  Signing Bonus available, contact us for details.  Relocation Bonus available.  CME time and money available.  401K.  Collaborate with a team of six Orthopedic Surgeons and six Pain Management specialists to provide comprehensive care.  Participate in a shared 1 : 5 call rotation (no trauma center call).  The first two years include a guaranteed salary with performance-based bonuses, ensuring financial growth as you establish your practice.  The practice includes an owned ASC unit and real estate holdings, offering the latest technology to support both patient care and your professional success.
