What You’ll Be Working On : Specode is an AI-powered development platform created by Topflight to streamline and accelerate the development of custom healthcare applications. It combines pre-built, HIPAA-compliant components with AI automation to deliver high-quality healthcare software faster and more efficiently.

Experience using AI tools for rapid content creation and repurposing.

Your Responsibilities Include : Rapidly transform our existing content (videos, blogs, demos) into tasteful platform-specific formats for Youtube, LinkedIn, Instagram etc.

Create short-form video content from our longer recordings using AI editing tools with an emphasis on quality and aesthetic appeal.

Design and execute rapid tests across new marketing channels to identify growth opportunities.

Bring creative vision with impeccable taste to our marketing efforts while maintaining execution excellence.

Specode is seeking an AI-first creative content creator with exceptional taste who can rapidly transform our existing content into compelling multi-channel formats. This role will take filmed interviews and written content and quickly repurpose it across platforms in a tasteful, brand-aligned way, then test and distribute efficiently. This is a part-time opportunity with a workload of 25 hours per week.

You have experience transforming technical / specialized content for broader audiences.

Strong aesthetic sense and exceptional taste to maintain brand quality across formats.

Experience in growing Youtube, LinkedIn, or other channels via content creation strategy and execution.

Create, test, and distribute content at speed without sacrificing quality.

What we need : Skills in both content creation and efficient distribution strategy.

Experience with video editing and social media platform best practices.
