Requirement :

TECHSTAFF of AZ is seeking a person to aid in the sub assembly and / or final assembly of printed circuit boards and electronics.

Specific job functions include but are not limited to :

  • Preparing and assembling circuit boards to full electronic assemblies
  • Performs assignments according to company quality assurance standards
  • Recognizes errors / discrepancies in documentation and stops work until matters are resolved
  • Follows safety protocols while maintaining quick and accurate work
  • Interprets and understands production documents and drawings to complete tasks.

Other helpful or desired experience

  • Knowledge or certification in IPC-A-610, J-STD001
  • Experience with laboratory equipment such as multimeters

    Required Experience

  • 1+ years Experience as an electronics assembler
  • Must be able to read and understand complex circuit board diagrams / blueprints
  • Soldering and electro-mechanical assembly according to parts lists and circuit board diagrams.
  • Must be familiar with electronic components such as resistors, capacitors, diodes, etc.
  • Must be familiar with SMT, and Through-hole technology.
