Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary administrative support person to the Properties Department, including but not limited to :
- Manage the YMCA's new Asset Management System (AkitaBox) to track assets and adhere to our policy for reinvestment of capital, program and operations.
- Coordinate with Properties Department leadership and support staff to ensure accuracy and consistency of data entry into the Asset Management System.
- Oversee billing and contracts, meter reading processes, and documentation of registrations of corporate vehicles.
- Oversee coordination of volunteers to support projects across multiple YMCA locations.
- Support special projects and initiatives that advance the priorities of the Properties Department and the organization's strategic plan.
- Assist various departments with administrative and coordination tasks as needed.
- Provide support for administrative team members, including but not limited to, answering and managing multi-line telephone system, managing calendars, printing and copying, preparing presentations and composing correspondence.
- Attend all required meetings and trainings.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum age of 21 with a high school diploma (or equivalent)At least two years of administrative experienceExperience with database management preferredExperience with asset management processes or systems a plusHighly detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesAbility to be flexible and adaptable to meet employee and organizational needsAbility to work effectively in a busy environmentPhysical Requirements
