Key Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls efficiently.
• Dispatch and coordinate security officers to fulfill client requests and operational requirements.
• Maintain clear, consistent communication with clients and field teams.
• Monitor real-time activity using dispatch software, ensuring accurate logging and reporting.
• Follow established protocols for incident escalation and emergency response.
• Deliver professional, courteous, and timely customer service at all times.
• Accurately document all calls, incidents, and dispatch actions in the system.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in dispatch, call center, or customer service roles.
• Must be able to work on-site in Doral, FL.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time-management abilities.
• Proficient with computers, phone systems, and dispatch or scheduling software.
• Able to stay calm, focused, and professional in high-pressure situations.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
