Job Title : Program Manager

Location : Remote

Compensation : 50-60$ / Hr on C2C / 1099

Work Authorization : GC, USC

Role Summary

Seeking Program Manager with strong healthcare IT expertise to drive large-scale programs across payer, provider, and digital health initiatives. This role requires strategic leadership, cross-functional delivery management, and executive stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead program strategy, roadmap, and governance for healthcare technology initiatives.
  • Oversee multi-project delivery (EHR / EMR, claims, interoperability, digital health).
  • Manage budgets, risks, and dependencies to ensure timely, compliant execution.
  • Partner with executives, business, and technology leaders for alignment and reporting.
  • Drive team leadership, PMO best practices, and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of program / project management, with 5+ in healthcare.
  • Proven success managing enterprise-scale, multi-million-dollar programs.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare IT (EHR / EMR, HL7, FHIR, claims, HIPAA compliance).
  • Expertise in Agile / SAFe and traditional PMO methods.
  • PMP / PgMP / SAFe certification preferred.
