What We're Looking For

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred)
• CDA (preferred)
• 1-2 years of experience in early childhood (preferred)
• Completion of staterequired preservice training
• Strong communication skills and a warm, nurturing presence
• Ability to stay calm, professional, and flexible in a busy school environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. for child safety and emergency situations
• Meets background check requirements
