A company is looking for a Director of Research Analytics & Reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement enterprise-wide research data strategies and governance policies
Oversee data management and analysis, ensuring accuracy and integrity of research data
Lead the Clinical Data Warehouse for Research, providing high-quality datasets for researchers
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in Computer Science, Health Informatics, or Information Science
5-7 years of experience in an academic or healthcare setting with clinical or research operations data
Experience in developing data visualizations and leading teams
Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau
Knowledge of SQL and research data management systems
