Position: Business Account Executive
In this role, youll be at the forefront of expanding Soarin Groups reach, growing our client base, and ensuring exceptional service from the first handshake to ongoing partnership. Youll introduce businesses to our full suite of solutions, including:


  • Managed IT Services
  • Managed HR Services
  • Cybersecurity Solutions
  • Cloud-Based Phone Systems
  • Low Voltage Cabling Systems


Youll be working with business customers in your assigned territory, generating leads, building strong relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction every step of the way.


Were looking for a self-motivated go-getter whos comfortable making cold calls, skilled at negotiation, and able to show a track record of successful B2B sales.


Compensation: Base salary plus uncapped commission.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop lists of prospective clients.
  • Cold call and network to generate qualified leads.
  • Guide opportunities from first contact through signed agreements.
  • Build and present proposals tailored to each clients needs.
  • Provide accurate provisioning details to the operations team.
  • Participate in client onboarding and lead training sessions.
  • Upsell solutions to existing clients.
  • Represent Soarin Group at local business and community events.


Education & Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in outside B2B sales.


Skills & Competencies

  • Proven prospecting ability.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong closing skills and customer relationship management.
  • Understanding of IT, telecommunications, and cloud services.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline.


Requirements

  • Ability to be on your feet or at a desk for extended periods.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Valid drivers license.
  • Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
