Compensation: Commission-based with guaranteed base pay floor Earnings Range: $60,000$120,000+ annually Commission Payout: Biweekly Company Vehicle: Provided (new van, tools, and equipment)

Role Overview

The Dryer Vent Cleaning Sales and Cleaning Technician is a hybrid role responsible for both selling and performing dryer vent cleaning services. This position inspects, educates, sells, and completes the job during the same visit. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, customer interaction, and earning based on performance.

What You Will Do

Inspect dryer vent systems and identify hazards or airflow issues. Educate homeowners on fire risks and system performance. Sell dryer vent cleaning and related add-on services. Perform dryer vent cleaning services safely and efficiently. Use ladders, tools, and equipment according to SOPs. Complete approximately five jobs per day. Take before-and-after photos and complete CRM documentation. Maintain vehicle, tools, and equipment to company standards.

Performance Expectations

Meet daily job completion and revenue targets. Maintain high-quality workmanship. Achieve upsell and close-rate benchmarks. Maintain strong customer satisfaction ratings. Follow all safety and conduct standards consistently.

What We're Looking For

Comfortable with physical labor, ladders, and exterior vent access. Mechanically inclined and detail-oriented. Strong customer communication skills. Reliable, disciplined, and coachable. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. No industry experience required. Full training provided.
