Document Controller

Are you highly organized, detail-driven, and skilled at managing large volumes of documents with accuracy? Our client, a respected insurance company in West Des Moines, is seeking a Document Controller to support compliance, quality control, and document workflow processes across their organization.

Responsibilities :

Manage the creation, organization, distribution, and storage of documents within internal systems
Ensure document accuracy, version control, and regulatory compliance
Upload, update, and track documents in digital document management platforms
Review documents for completeness, formatting, and compliance with company standards
Maintain Document Control logs, spreadsheets, and audit trails
Assist with document requests, retrievals, and archiving

Requirements :

Experience in document control, records management, or administrative support

Background in insurance, financial services, compliance, or similarly regulated industries (preferred)

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy

Proficiency with digital document management systems and Microsoft Office

Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
