Position Description:
Join our CGI team in a dynamic environment supporting the US Army Customer ensuring that soldiers have the necessary tools to support their missions. Analyze technical documentation and extract pertinent data to facilitate procurement and configuration management activities. Learn and contribute to the team's success in an evolving and challenging environment.
This position is located in Huntsville, AL.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Principal responsibilities:
1. Review technical documentation, extract pertinent information and enter the appropriate data into a product data management tool.
2. Review/Analyze technical data packages in support of the AMCOM Tech Loop process for procurement actions.
3. Update database records to reflect Engineering Change activity as necessary.
4. Perform routine duties as they relate to task to include preparation of reports and maintenance of various spreadsheets.
5. Effectively communicate with customers and coworkers to resolve issues.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
1. Solid analysis and problem-solving skills necessary.
2. Ability to perform data analysis and data entry functions for 90% of a workday.
3. Must work well within a team environment dealing with high volume work with speed and accuracy.
4. Experience evaluating documentation and extracting key information for a specific purpose.
5. Experience accessing and using internet-based, database and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and Outlook)
6. Ability to work core hours between 8:00 and 4:30 Monday thru Friday.
7. Minimum of 3 years related experience and a high school diploma.
8. US Citizenship and SECRET security clearance is required. Applicants selected will be subject to a background check and security investigation required to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $32,00.00 - $63,.00.
