Your Educational Path

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a related allied health field, alongside ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certification Expectations

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be achieved within the first year of employment.
• Maintain up-to-date certification throughout your tenure.
