Facilitating all the Scrum ceremonies like Daily Stand up, Backlog grooming, Sprint planning, retrospective and Sprint demos for my team.
Helping the team with completing and closing their User Stories.
Coach the new team members to quickly ramp-up and start delivering.
Constant efforts on removing any impediments, dependencies on a daily basis to achieve the project's final goal within the target date.
Constant collaboration with the team members to update stories on a daily basis.
Update JIRA backlog and Active sprints stories.
Gather Requirements from a Business standpoint and create Epics and User stories for the upcoming sprints on a regular basis.
Help organize Scrum of Scrums (SOS) with other scrum masters.
Constant effort in motivating the team in achieving the sprint goals and encouraging them for their work and their contribution to the team.
Regularly working on Capacity Planning for each sprint.
Conduct regular training sessions to help the new team members with their learning curve.
Ensure the team members are not over/under tasked.
Contribute to the ART events. Conduct meetings with the team during PI planning to discuss all projects that are in the pipeline.
Active participation in PI planning for the following release.
Proactively prepare the Book of work for PI planning to ensure all projects, epics and dependencies are listed ahead of time.
Ensure that the program board is completely updated with all stories and dependencies before the end of PI planning sessions.
Provide weekly project status updates to share with the management.
Synchronize Service-Now ticket activities with the team to ensure tickets are addressed and resolved within a reasonable time frame.
