We are looking for hard-working and culture-oriented individuals to join our Vibration Analysis team. In this role, you will work remotely, analyzing and reporting the general health of rotating equipment for our customers. The role supports the customer experience through our industry-leading products and services. This team and role is integral to the culture and success of our company. The ideal candidate for this role has deep knowledge of mechanical systems and rotating equipment and is looking for a great opportunity and a great company to expand their career. Company Description We are a leading provider of wireless, mesh-networked, "Internet of Things" (IoT) sensors for industrial environments. Our cost-effective, plug-and-play products empower businesses and plants of all sizes to conduct predictive and preventative maintenance on mission-critical and secondary equipment in order to maximize uptime.

Reports to : Manager of Global Analytics Location : Remote - based in the United States

Travel : Occasional

Work Authorization : Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Job Description :

This position will give you the opportunity to -

  • Review and report on the general health of rotating equipment
  • Provide internal and external customer delight through excellent interpersonal skills and communication
  • Use vibration analysis to determine the root cause of machine faults and create customer-oriented solutions to prevent equipment downtime.
  • Improve manufacturing equipment reliability and uptime at customer’s plants.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships founded on trust, respect, and reliability.
  • Complete assigned tasks efficiently with little supervision.
  • Assume management duties when necessary.
  • Shadow, learn, and work alongside a team of Vibration Analysts
  • Infrequent travel to customer facilities as needed
  • Carry out additional responsibilities as needed to support business objectives

    • Requirements : Qualifications :

  • VCAT II or VCAT III certification
  • Preferred Bachelors or Associates degree, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of vibration analysis experience preferred
  • Deep understanding of mechanical systems and rotating equipment. Ideally comes from a background in mechanical engineering, reliability, etc.
  • Customer-first focus and attitude, and ability to work with individuals of all corporate levels
  • Experience with Microsoft Office / Google Suite platforms
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to effectively and professionally communicate with coworkers and customers
  • Highly motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Must comply with all OSHA and safety regulations and company standards.
  • Ability to travel and work at job sites, as needed.
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet critical deadlines.
