You will work independently and collaboratively to manage both routine and complex clinical situations, focusing on providing safe and effective care to patients. Key Responsibilities :

• Exhibit proficiency in the OneCHRISTUS Competencies, which include leadership at various levels.
• Provide comprehensive nursing care through all phases of the nursing process : assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Address the multifaceted psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and their families.
• Administer medications and treatments following established protocols while monitoring for side effects and effectiveness.
• Document patient information including history, symptoms, medications, and care provided.
• Assess and meet the learning needs of patients, family members, and caregivers; identify challenges and available resources.
