Description

SplashBrands is looking for a dedicated Store Evaluator to join our team in Carrollton. This part-time on-site position is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking to start their career in the accounting industry. As a Store Evaluator you will play a vital role in assessing store operations and ensuring compliance with company standards.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct store evaluations to assess compliance with standards
  • Provide constructive feedback to store management
  • Document findings and prepare reports on store performance
  • Collaborate with team members to implement improvements
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings
  • Assist in monitoring store inventory and merchandising
  • Communicate effectively with store personnel
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of information

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
