About the Role
As a Residential Program Manager , you’ll oversee multiple residential sites in Lucas and Wood Counties, leading a team of Program Supervisors and Direct Support Professionals (DSPs). You’ll play a key role in hiring, training, and developing services that foster a safe, enriching home environment for the individuals we serve.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise 3 Program Supervisors
- Manage 4–7 residential sites
- Support 16–20 clients
- Conduct weekly site visits and provide direct care as needed
- Advocate for individuals and actively participate in their care teams
