Join our dynamic Fusion Release Program Management (FRPM) team, where we collaborate with Fusion Release, Fusion Application teams, FMW, and DB teams to deliver impactful programs and processes tailored to meet both Oracle and customer needs.
We are seeking an exceptional Technical Program Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will lead the management and execution of release-based cross-functional programs.
Responsibilities
Oversee and drive release-based cross-functional programs within the Fusion Release Management area.
Coordinate with Fusion Development, QA, and Release teams for seamless logistics, planning, and progress tracking.
Administer all facets of ongoing programs / projects, including resource allocation and change management.
Proactively identify risks and issues, collaborating with teams to develop effective mitigation strategies.
Manage multiple projects across various Fusion Application releases, ranging from small to large-scale initiatives.
Collaborate closely with the central release management and development teams to establish and document innovative processes.
Demonstrate leadership skills to effectively drive projects through any phase of implementation.
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in project / program management within software and product development.
Relevant college degree in a technology-related field (BS or MS / MBA).
Exemplary interpersonal and leadership skills.
Ability to excel in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment with minimal direction, managing multiple responsibilities effectively.
Outstanding written and communication abilities.
Familiarity with microservices architecture or experience managing microservices-based solutions is a plus.
PMP, Scrum Master, or similar project management certification is advantageous.

Salary Range : USD $109,200 to $223,400 annually, with eligibility for bonuses and equity.
