• Run emergency mitigation losses (water, fire, mold, trauma).
• Lead and push your crew to produce at a high standard.
• Complete clean, accurate documentation (MICA/Mitigate, DASH, photos, readings).
• Communicate clearly with homeowners, adjusters, and internal staff.
• Generate accurate estimates in Xactimate/Symbility within 48 hours.
• Oversee demo, equipment placement, debris removal, and job site quality.
• Maintain job discipline: tempo, cleanliness, safety, documentation.
• Handle on-call rotations (professionally, not begrudgingly).

• A proven leader in mitigation (4+ years real experience).
• A clean, accurate estimator with 4+ years documenting losses.
• Certified (WRT, ASD, AMRT, FSRT).
• Physically capable (75+ lbs, ladders, confined spaces).
• A communicator who stays ahead of problems.
• Someone who runs toward challenges, not away from them.
• Someone who takes pride in being the one the team depends on.
• A pro who documents everything without excuses.

• $26–$34/hr DOE + quarterly performance bonuses.
