Position Overview: As a Heavy Equipment Operator at RMS Drainage and Excavation, you will be responsible for operating various types of equipment, such as scraper tractors, dozers, loaders, and motor graders, to complete various excavation and grading projects. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring efficiency, safety, and high-quality outcomes on every job.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate heavy machinery, including excavators, bulldozers, and backhoes, safely and efficiently.
• Perform daily inspections and maintenance of equipment.
• Follow project plans and specifications to ensure quality work.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively on-site.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience operating heavy equipment (3+ years preferred).
• Valid drivers license and appropriate certifications.
• Strong understanding of safety procedures and protocols.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
