A company is looking for a Consultant to join their growing team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead client engagements focused on healthcare delivery optimization and direct contracting strategies
Conduct health center data analysis and develop strategic recommendations
Design and manage end-to-end RFP processes, including vendor evaluations and contract negotiations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field
7+ years of experience in healthcare consulting or employer health strategy
Deep understanding of self-funded health plans and healthcare cost drivers
Experience with RFP development and vendor evaluations
Advanced analytical skills, including data analysis and visualization
