  • Shift Schedule
    • Daytime shifts, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
    • On-call requirements: 4:00 PM - 7:30 AM (weekends and select weekdays)
  • Call Ratio
    • Weekend call required 1-2 weekends per month
    • Potential for 1-2 weekday calls as needed when not on a call weekend

  • Bed CountTotal facility capacity of 370 beds with 50 ICU beds
  • Team CompositionSeven cardiologists on staff, with other cardiologists available for support during locum coverage

Requirements

  • Board CertificationCardiology (REQUIRED)
  • LicensureActive Ohio license, or willingness to obtain one (REQUIRED)
  • CertificationsACLS and BLS (REQUIRED)

Required Procedures

  • Treadmill Stress Tests
  • Electrical Cardioversions
  • Transesophageal Echocardiography
  • Echocardiography
  • Electrocardiograms (EKGs)
  • Chemical Stress Tests
  • MRI/CT reads (if applicable)

Credentialing and Reimbursement

  • Estimated Credentialing Timeframe30-90 days
  • Travel Reimbursement
    • Standard/economy rates for travel arrangements
  • Presentation Requirements
    • Up-to-date CV, including locums history
    • Contact information and availability
    • NPI and/or license number
