Pay Range: $60,000 salary + commission / per year
(Base pay plus performance-based commission)

Richmond Street Auto is hiring an Experienced Service Writer to join our growing, high-performance team. This role plays a critical part in customer satisfaction, shop efficiency, and revenue performance.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally and confidently identify service needs
• Write accurate estimates and clearly explain recommended repairs
• Present repair options in a way that builds trust and drives approvals
• Manage scheduling and workflow to support daily production goals
• Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure accurate diagnostics
• Provide proactive updates and deliver a consistent 5-star customer experience

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Service Writer / Service Advisor in an automotive repair environment
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and accountable
• Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
