JOB TITLE :  Electrical Engineering Draftsperson

LOCATION : Irvine, CA

PAY RATE : $82.75 / hour

Qualifying Questions :

Summary :

Create, revise, and release detailed electrical engineering drawings as directed

Develop and release manufacturing support documentation, including :

Work Instructions

Acceptance Test Procedures (ATP)

Support fabrication, assembly, and test activities through hands-on troubleshooting and design iteration

Requirements :

High School Diploma required

Fluency in Microsoft Visio (REQUIRED) for creating harness drawings and electrical schematics, demonstrated by 3+ years of industry experience

Basic understanding of electrical engineering principles, demonstrated by :

Academic certification OR

5+ years of relevant industry experience

Basic understanding of engineering drawing standards and practices, demonstrated by 3+ years of industry experience

Ability to work in a standard office environment

Ability to use a computer and other standard office equipment

Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience supporting manned or unmanned aircraft programs

Familiarity with military standards related to electrical connectors
