Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic Logistics Coordinator to join our growing Supply Chain team in Chino CA. Pay rate : $23.50 / Hr.

Responsibilities include :

• Coordinate daily shipping and receiving operations including scheduling prioritizing work assignments and ensuring deadlines are met for both plant and outside warehouses.
• Manage inventory control and warehouse documentation using SAP and Locator systems including creating picking documents posting shipments and receiving inbound materials.
• Interact with internal and external customers to arrange appointments track shipments and resolve issues.
• Assist in setting work schedules arranging transportation for outbound shipments and coordinating with planners to track order shortages.
• Monitor and report on inventory damages maintain accurate warehouse records and support warehouse operators with light SAP tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications :

Must be able to participate in continuous improvement and problem solving teams.
