Are you a board-certified Emergency Medicine Physician ready to make a meaningful impact while earning premium pay? We’re seeking a skilled ABEM-certified physician for a locum assignment in Illinois at a stroke-ready center with a supportive team and low admission rate.

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a stable, well-supported ED with around-the-clock APP coverage, low volume, and robust subspecialty backup.

Shifts: 12-hour day & night (8a–8p, 8p–8a) – Must be open to both
Start: As soon as credentialed
Coverage: Malpractice insurance + travel & lodging fully covered
ED Volume: ~14,664 annually (~40 patients/day)
Admission Rate: 7%
Beds: 10 ED beds
EMR: Center
Dictation Software: Available
Support: 12 hours of daily APP coverage
Trauma Status: Stroke Center, EDAP & Acute Stroke Ready Hospital

ENT | Pediatrics | GI | Ophthalmology | Orthopedics | Surgery | Behavioral Health | OB

✅ Requirements:
ABEM Board Certified
Minimum 2 Years of EM Experience
Illinois License/IMLC
Clean malpractice
ACLS, BLS, DEA
