Title : System Analyst Finance Domain

Location : McLean VA (Onsite)

Duration : 6 Months Contract to Hire

Job Description :

Client is seeking a System Analyst with 5 years of experience in the Finance / Accounting domain . The role involves working closely with both business and technical stakeholders to modernize accounting and reporting systems.

Responsibilities :

Translate business needs into system requirements and user stories

Conduct system and data analysis using SQL

Collaborate with Product Owners Developers and Test teams under Agile methodology

Support end-to-end implementation testing and user acceptance

Work with cloud platforms (AWS / Snowflake) and metadata tools (Collibra)

Required Skills :

5 years as System Analyst

Banking / Finance or Accounting domain

Strong SQL Jira Confluence

Agile project experience

Excellent communication skills

Preferred :

Experience with Banking / mortgage industry

Knowledge of subledger or accounting platforms

Familiarity with data lineage and metadata management
