We're hiring Clinical Consultants to support hospital teams with advanced ECMO / perfusion technology. Think account management meets clinical integration
you'll own a territory / book of business, visit customer sites, guide clinical workflows, train staff, and help ensure successful adoption of life-support equipment across ICU / OR / cardiothoracic settings.
What You'll Do
Serve as the primary clinical point-of-contact for a regional territory; travel to hospitals ~70% to support cases, training, and go-lives.Provide bedside / in-lab ECMO / perfusion education, in-servicing, and troubleshooting; collaborate with clinicians to optimize protocols.Lead product integrations and competency training; capture feedback and escalate issues to internal teams.Build trusted relationships with clinical leaders, track utilization, outcomes, and satisfaction across accounts.Document activities, schedule visits, and maintain territory plans aligned to adoption goals.General Qualifications (all locations)
RN or Respiratory Therapist with hands-on ECMO / ECLS experience in ICU / CTICU / CCU settings.Current clinical credential (e.g., RN, RRT, CCP / Perfusion) and hospital-based experience.Strong educator / trainer; comfortable in high-acuity environments and cross-functional teams.Willing and able to travel ~70% across the territory; valid driver's license.Excellent communication, documentation, and customer-service skills.
