Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available within a K-12 school setting in Hilliard, OH. This contract position offers a comprehensive caseload of approximately 50 students, focusing on delivering effective communication support to youth with developmental disabilities. The program serves students aged 14 to 22, emphasizing both educational and transition services tailored to their unique needs.

Responsibilities include :

• Conducting speech and language assessments and developing individualized treatment plans.
• Providing therapy to students individually and in groups.
• Collaborating with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
• Maintaining detailed documentation and meeting compliance standards.
• Participating in team meetings and contributing to transition planning for older students.

Qualifications and desired experience :

Current certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist with CCC credentials.

Experience working within school-based settings, preferably with K-12 caseloads.

Strong understanding of developmental disabilities and transition-related needs.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 50 students effectively.

Work Schedule :

Full-time

Monday to Friday, 7 : 30 AM to 3 : 00 PM
