Account Executive – Software Sales (Remote, MUST BE LOCATED IN North America)

Pay: OTE $180,000–$200,000 USD per year (base + commission)

Location: Remote – U.S. or Canada-based employee only

Job Type: Full-time

Headquarters: Boulder, Colorado (remote-first company)

Experience: 4+ years total in SaaS sales (2 years as SDR + 2 years as AE required)

About the Role

We're looking for a high-energy, experienced Account Executive to drive sales of the Nalpeiron Growth Platform in North America.

This is an amazing opportunity to help grow the NAM market, engaging directly with CEOs, Founders, and Product Leaders at small and mid-sized SaaS companies.

You'll deliver the Nalpeiron Growth story — showing how SaaS businesses can connect licensing, product usage, and customer insights to accelerate growth.

We're looking for a dynamic individual with a blend of SDR and AE experience — someone who has spent time both prospecting and closing.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in an outbound sales development or business development role, and 2+ years as an Account Executive selling SaaS or enterprise software solutions.

This is a hands-on, consultative role suited to someone entrepreneurial and results-driven, enjoys autonomy, and wants to make a measurable impact in a smaller, high-performing team.

Essential requirements

  • Background in selling software, bonus for: licensing, usage analytics, or developer tool experience.
  • Familiarity with selling into Software ISVs, Enterprise Software, or SaaS-based enterprises.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the full sales cycle – from outbound prospecting to deal close.
  • Customer Engagement: Deliver technical product demos and lead consultative discussions that map customer needs to Nalpeiron's licensing and analytics solutions.
  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Generate new business through cold outreach, inbound follow-up, and creative prospecting using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM, and other tools.
  • Pipeline Development: Build and manage a healthy pipeline by identifying, researching, and engaging new prospects in the software industry.
  • Target and engage SaaS CEOs and product executives through consultative, value-based selling.
  • Deliver platform demos and executive presentations that connect business pain to solutions.
  • Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator daily for strategic, high-volume outreach.
  • Manage and forecast your pipeline accurately within HubSpot CRM.
  • Consistently exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

What You Bring

  • SOFTWARE SALES EXPERIENCE
  • 2+ years as a SaaS SDR or BDR with strong outbound prospecting results.
  • 2+ years as a SaaS Account Executive selling to SMB or mid-market customers.
  • Proven success selling to C-level executives (especially CEOs and Founders).
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business metrics – ARR, churn, expansion, and product adoption.
  • Expert in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and HubSpot CRM.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • High energy, self-motivated, and thrives in a remote, fast-paced environment.
