Inside Sales Representative

Frank's Supply Company is a supplier of industrial / construction tools and equipment. We are currently seeking a qualified INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE for our Albuquerque, NM location.

OBJECTIVE :

To ensure excellent customer service to new and existing customers, as well as contractors, by providing the proper tools, equipment and information to achieve their goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Sell and service commercial customers by providing pricing and product application information.
• Learn purchasing systems to ensure orders are in compliance with contract requirements.
• Take telephone orders, provide delivery information, handle special orders, will calls, non-stock items, and returned merchandise.
• Prepare quotes and input all orders in a timely fashion, and follow up with customers as needed.
• Stay current on product knowledge, communicate product information and specials to customers regularly.
• Attend sales meetings, company sponsored training programs.
• Adhere to all company and equipment related safety requirements.
