Job Description :

Seeking a highly skilled OB / Labor & Delivery RN with strong labor experience. This unit functions as LDRP and also cares for High-Risk / Antepartum patients. Candidate must be confident, autonomous, and able to circulate their own C-sections. This position is an Aya Offer Unit, meaning :

The manager has up to 48 hours after receiving the Week of Consideration (WOC) to accept, decline, or request an interview.

Start Date : ASAP

Requirements :

Experience : Minimum 2 years of OB / L&D experience

First-time travelers : Not accepted

Certifications Required :

BLS (AHA)

NRP

Certifications Preferred :

AWHONN Intermediate

ACLS

Local candidates : Not accepted – must live 50+ miles from all CHN facilities

Pending License : Accepted depending on contract terms

RTO : Considered per contract; must be included at submission

Floating / On-Call / Weekend / Holiday Requirements :

Weekends : Every 3rd

On-Call : Not required

Floating : Possible, but rare — may float to NICU as helping hands

Holidays : No set requirement listed

Scheduling :

Guaranteed Hours : 36 per week

Block Scheduling : Not guaranteed; unit will try to accommodate if requested

Additional Details :

Strong labor skillset required; the need is primarily for Labor RNs
