Site Support Technician

Work with Service now ticketing system

• Any troubleshooting issues that the end user might have SW or HW problems. Tend to have more hardware issues
• Troubleshooting anything wrong with the computer, maybe applications that are not running
• Will be moving around a lot. Will physically go to the end user with the issue

Virtual help, Active Directory troubleshooting and password resets.

70% HD, 30% site support

Hours 7am - 4 PM (must be onsite 5 days a week)
