We’re seeking an enthusiastic and customer-driven Automotive Sales Consultant to join our award-winning Sales Department. In this role, you’ll help guests find the right vehicle for their lifestyle while delivering a transparent, friendly, and pressure-free buying experience. The ideal candidate is motivated, confident, and thrives in an environment that rewards integrity, effort, and exceptional service. Key Responsibilities : Greet customers in a professional and welcoming manner, establishing trust and rapport. Listen carefully to customer needs to identify and recommend suitable vehicles and options. Provide in-depth product knowledge on Ford vehicles, features, and financing options. Conduct test drives and explain vehicle performance, features, and safety technologies. Follow up with potential customers through phone, email, and text to build lasting relationships. Collaborate with the Sales Manager and Finance team to ensure a smooth, efficient purchase process. Achieve and exceed sales and customer satisfaction goals. Maintain an organized, clean, and professional appearance of the showroom and lot. Stay current on product updates, manufacturer programs, and market trends. Job Requirement : Job Requirements : High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in business or marketing preferred. Previous experience in automotive sales or customer service strongly preferred. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working in a performance-based environment. Strong computer and CRM software skills. Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Working Conditions : Fast-paced showroom and outdoor environment. Frequent standing, walking, and vehicle demonstration activities.
