Pay Range : $30 - $32 Per Hour

JOB SUMMARY :

We are seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist responsible for managing full payroll cycles for over 15,000 employees on a bi-weekly basis. This role involves auditing, processing terminations, and ensuring data accuracy across payroll systems, including ADP and Workday. The ideal candidate will resolve complex payroll issues, enforce pay policies for compliance, and maintain high levels of service quality and confidentiality in a fast-paced environment

OB REQUIREMENTS :

  • Process complete payroll cycles for exempt and nonexempt employees, including terminations and final pay calculations.
  • Audit payroll calculations and reports for accuracy, making necessary adjustments.
  • Track and process leave of absence and supplemental pay calculations.
  • Audit HRIS daily feeds into ADP and manage payroll service request escalations.
  • Maintain SOPs for payroll processes and timekeeping, ensuring compliance and efficient processing.

Must have Skills

  • Extensive knowledge and experience with ADP and Workday payroll systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficient in Excel.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.

    • Industry Experience Required

  • Previous experience in a shared services payroll environment is highly preferred.

    • Education

  • College degree is preferred.
  • CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) or FPC (Fundamental Payroll Certification) a plus.
