Strong Content Development, Copywriting, and Editing skills.

Analytical skills to assess marketing performance and optimize campaigns using data-driven insights.

Ability to foster customer engagement and build relationships with a focus on delivering meaningful experiences.

Creative mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven success managing marketing budgets and aligning strategies with company goals.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred

Familiarity with ethical sourcing, sustainability, or coffee industry experience is a plus.
