Job Description: We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and fast-paced manager to oversee operations at our new Subway Drive-Thru location in Smyrna, GA. This role requires a self-driven leader who can handle the demands of a busy drive-thru environment, ensure efficient service, and maintain high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations, including staffing, training, and scheduling
• Ensure customer satisfaction with prompt, friendly, and accurate service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the restaurant and drive-thru areas
• Ensure compliance with Subway's operational policies and food safety standards
• Handle inventory management, cash handling, and daily financial reporting
• Drive team performance to meet sales and efficiency targets
• Foster a positive, productive, and team-oriented work environment

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a manager in a drive-thru setting
• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
• Strong leadership and communication skills
