A company is looking for a Sales Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the sales operating system and oversee day-to-day operations of the sales organization
Own weekly revenue forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM hygiene standards
Coordinate cross-functional efforts between sales, marketing, and operations to ensure alignment and efficiency
Required Qualifications
Five (5) to Seven (7) years of experience in sales operations, business operations, or sales support
Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school
Strong expertise in CRM management and process optimization
Proven ability to analyze sales data and deliver actionable insights
Highly organized with strong project management capabilities
