Health Equity Clinical Pharmacist
Empower underserved communities through pharmacy-led public health.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide culturally sensitive medication counseling and education.
  • Coordinate mobile clinics, health fairs, and immunization drives.
  • Collaborate with community health workers to address social determinants of health.


Qualifications:

  • PharmD and experience in community health preferred.
  • Bilingual or multilingual pharmacists encouraged to apply.
  • Passion for outreach and patient advocacy.
