Engineering Manager

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager, Marketplace Discovery.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a team of engineers to develop and maintain features for product search, recommendations, and personalized content

Collaborate with Product teams to design and implement product enhancements and prioritize planning cycles

Provide performance feedback, support career development, and participate in the recruiting process for the engineering team

Required Qualifications

5+ years of engineering experience, primarily focused on coding

2+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams

Strong foundation in technical excellence and engineering culture

Experience with SEO and search engine marketing (SEM)

Familiarity with web analytics measurement methodologies and platforms
