URGENTLY HRIING A Maintenance Supervisor for a leading Packaging Company!!

2nd shift : 3 : 15 pm to 11 : 45 pm, with a requirement to train on 1st shift for a minimum of one month.

Pay : $80,000 - $115,000

Location : West Caldwell, NJ

Responsibilities

• Follow all GMPs and relevant SOPs.
• Perform minor troubleshooting and repair of packaging machines and equipment daily.
• Maintain machine parts and keep changeover tooling in good condition.
• Provide general preventive maintenance to packaging machines and equipment as required.
• Accurately fill all required maintenance documentation including Cleaning Logs, Parts Requisition Maintenance Report, Daily Quality Checks, and Part Requisition Sheets.
• Ensure all safety components and guarding from all packaging machines and equipment are operational and in proper use.
• Strive to increase productivity by completing maintenance, changeovers, and repair work in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain equipment, parts, and determine inventory spare part levels.
• Possess basic machine shop knowledge and operate machines such as a drill press and vertical / horizontal band saw, and work with power tools.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $115000.00 / yr.
