As a Security Officer - Government Site Patrol Driver in Wayne, NJ , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a government location, you will conduct routine vehicle patrols, help to deter security-related incidents, and interact with the public while providing outstanding customer service. Pay Rate : $16.49 / Hour

Job Schedule :

What You'll Do :

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
  • Monitor entrances, exits, and other key areas to help to deter unauthorized access and report any unusual activity.
  • Work collaboratively with site staff and local authorities as needed.
  • Document observations, incidents, and activities in a clear and concise manner according to site protocols.
  • Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter potential issues and support a welcoming environment.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
