Responsibilities for a Physical Therapist:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Provide education and guidance to patients and their families on injury prevention, rehabilitation techniques, and home exercise programs.
• Document patient progress accurately and maintain up-to-date medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications for a Physical Therapist:

• Graduate of accredited school of Physical Therapy with Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
• Epic experience needed.
• Must have OASIS documentation abilities.
• Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Massachusetts or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
