As a Patrol Unarmed Security Professional with Allied Universal at a leading food and beverage location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service. You will remain visible throughout your shift, respond to situations as needed, and support a welcoming environment for everyone on site. This is a driving post, offering opportunities to engage with a dynamic team in a fast-paced setting.

What You'll Do :

  • Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues.
  • Monitor entrances, exits, and other key areas within the food and beverage facility to help to deter unauthorized access and report any suspicious behavior.
  • Document and report all incidents, observations, and activities according to established protocols.
  • Assist with access control measures, verifying credentials and / or identification as required by site policies.
  • Communicate clearly with clients, visitors, and staff, providing guidance and information as needed while maintaining a visible Allied Universal presence.
  • Support emergency response efforts and / or evacuation procedures if necessary, following the guidelines set by the location.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
  • Access control or badge experience is preferred.
  • Alarm panel experience is preferred.
  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
