We’re hiring a Customer Delivery Lead who will serve as the connective tissue between customers, our brand, and our manufacturing and shipping operations. This role shapes every customer experience through clarity, structure, and ownership.

What You’ll Do

Manage onboarding → quoting → production → delivery

Keep communication clean and proactive across Slack / email / phone

Set expectations, build timelines, resolve issues

Coordinate with sales, engineering, manufacturing, logistics

Bring clarity to fast-moving workflows

Maintain accurate ERP updates
