Coffee Stand Manager

With a passion for creating happy people and our love of coffee, we opened our first drive-thru espresso stand in Ashland Oregon in 1998. The demand for convenient, quality coffee & espresso grew and soon after opening our original location in Ashland, we expanded to surrounding cities in Southern Oregon. The Human Bean quickly established a reputation for having friendly and experienced baristas and offering the highest quality ingredients.

We’re looking for an experienced barista to join our growing teams at The Human Bean and move into a management position! We have 12 locations throughout the Treasure Valley, including Downtown Boise, Boise City, Meridian, Star, Nampa, and Caldwell.

Responsibilities

• Support your team and operations to ensure profitability

• Model the core values of the company and act as a leader and role model with the team

• Manage inventory levels, product quality and set high customer service standards

• React to financials such as P&L, product mix, category sales, waste and gross margin reports to maximize sales and profitability

• Develop the team through engagement and coaching; provide honest and constructive feedback

• Ensure the achievement of sales goals, maximize efficiency and minimize loss

• Communicate respectfully and in a timely manner on key issues and messages.

• Achieve consistent, measurable results and profitability

• Provide clear direction, proactively identify challenges, monitor progress and results

• Make viable business decisions and connections for profitability based on the P&L
